After 2 years of putting our very popular sold out Wellness Social events on hold, we are very excited to bring it back!!!
OTG The Wellness Social is an event engaging people throughout the community and surrounding areas on topics related to wellness.
This OTG Wellness Social comeback will be even more eventful focusing on "Moving Together" with a handful of wonderful Yoga Instructors, Zumba, and more from Guelph teaching classes throughout the day, Guest Speaker/Presenters and more:
The Chiropractic Yogi - Dr. Kirstie Griffiths
Veedha Yoga - Renee Wessling
Yoga Nomads Kayli Callan and Megan Macneil
Power Yoga Canada - Kristina Pancevski
Zumba with Ellie Neumann and yes we just found out we will have a special surprise Guest Carlos Henriquez-World Renowned Zumba Instructor and Jammer
Guelph Women Health & Associates/EPA Eramosa Physiotherapy & Associates Guest Speaker Nicole Watson, Physiotherapist
Dynamic Stretching with Candie Bower, Certified Personal Trainer and Owner of One Tooth Guelph
Chair Massages with Tanya Azzopardi and Mairin C Da Maren Owners and RMTs of Pomegranate Grove Massage & Yoga Centre.
And more great things happening a mini fashion show, time for shopping, vendors, chair massages on site, lunch/snacks, swag bags, auction prizes and more!!
We are also very honoured to partner with The Children's Foundation of Guelph with portion of our registration fees going toward their kids "Free to Grow" program.
The Free to Grow Program nurtures the physical, social, emotional, and mental well-being of children and youth by funding recreational and life-skill opportunities such as sports, arts, camps, driver's education training and leadership development, as well as mental health counselling. By providing the children with these experiences we are not only encouraging a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically, but also the opportunity for skills and social development, friendships, and community engagement.
