Return/Exchange Policy

For online orders we are accepting returns for store credit within 14 days of Canada Post delivering your product. Item(s) returned must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, labels intact and must accompany original receipt.

We are not offering exchanges for online purchases at this time.  Please return item(s), and place a new order. 

For in-store and online purchases for store pickup, we are offering our standard exchange or store credit within 14 days from receipt of order. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE. NO refunds, exchange or store credit. Sale prices will not be extended past the sale end date. 

Non-returnable items: 
Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable and no cash value, underwear, yoga mats, yoga towels, jewellery and socks are final sale.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable including the duties and taxes payed on orders shipped to the USA. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that you use a tracking number when returning your item(s). Please do not send item C.O.D. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. We will be notifying you via email when your refund has been processed and credited back to the original method of payment.
